Loving
From the moment you get here to the moment you leave, we radiate the love of Christ. We believe love is an action, so here at LRC our love creates a strong welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart. Our first calling is to love.
Passionate
We always strive to give our best because God deserves nothing less. We invest our time, finances, and resources to wholeheartedly offer Him our very best, fueled by our passion.
Fearless
We will try anything to reach people because we believe God can do Everything with our Anything. We Must see growth! How? By holding nothing back! We are unashamed, rowdy and confident.
Unity
We believe in relationships not just congregation. We share each other burdens. We stay connected and reach out to those who slip away. LRC believes that if we create a unified family in our church, it pours out into the community, changing the World.
Our Values
When you join LifeReach, you become part of a family dedicated to pursuing Christ in every aspect of life. In this family, we value commitment, rest, progress, outreach, thankfulness, and prayer. Our aim is to cultivate an atmosphere of spiritual growth, gratitude, and unity as we seek to follow Christ together.
Family
Our Family is our first ministry. Family time is important and knowing the hierarchical order is essential! God first, family second and ministry third! Because we follow this structUre we know If we excel at home, we will excel at church.
Commitment
Accomplishment requires commitment. God doesn't want some of your efforts, He wants all of it! We must stay committed to our word. Committed in our giving, committed in our roles, committed in prayer, and committed to each other.
Rest
If God rested on the 7th day after creating all of the Earth, we also need rest. We value recharging the battery. You can not give God 100% running on 10% battery. All positions follow structure of serving 3 weeks, rest 1. No exceptions.
Progress
We must always stay green! Progress must happen in the church, in ministry, in our personal relationships with God, and in our relationships with each other. We don't maintain, we multiply.
Outreach
LRC is located in the center of our community. Our vision isn't just for those who walk through the door, but everyone and anyone we can come in contact with. The Blessings that pour onto LRC is then poured out to our community to those in need.
Thankfulness
We know that this is an opportunity, not a privilege. We will not waste what god has given us. We work in Gratitude because no one is worthy, But His Grace is sufficient.
Prayer
Equips us to be an effective church. We must stay in prayer to make a difference in our lives and those around us.
